Castello di Neive Grignolino

Castello di Neive's Grignolino is a distinctive wine from Italy's Piedmont region, celebrated for its light-bodied elegance and complex flavor profile. Crafted exclusively from 100% Grignolino grapes, this wine is produced in limited quantities, with only about 4,000 bottles annually, highlighting its artisanal nature.

The wine is notable for its vibrant aromas of red berries and exotic spices, leading to a refreshing palate that features flavors of Morello cherry, wild strawberry, and allspice, complemented by crisp acidity and silky tannins. This combination makes it exceptionally food-friendly and versatile.

To preserve its fresh, fruit-forward character, Castello di Neive ages the Grignolino for three months in stainless steel tanks following fermentation. This method maintains the wine's lightness and finesse, qualities that have made Grignolino a widely appreciated varietal.

The estate's commitment to traditional winemaking techniques and the unique terroir of the Piedmont region contribute to the wine's distinctive qualities, offering wine enthusiasts a refined and authentic tasting experience.
